Shipping policy

We're a small business, and shipping and handling is not automated in any way because we're just not that smart.  We have semi-well-trained elves/gnomes depending on the product line that usually make our product to order, and then they have to package and ship it out from our secret underground bunker.  Some of our more popular products are kept in stock and will ship more quickly, but we cannot guarantee a specific time frame.  

You should expect that it will take up to 2 weeks to process and prepare your order, and then add whatever time it takes for the shipping company to whisk your order across the country (or next door, if you are our neighbor in the secret underground bunker to the east).  We're on the west coast, so if you have a ZIP code that doesn't start with a 9, standard shipping may take a bit longer.  

All that to say, expect that your order might take 2-3 weeks to get to you, but we'll do our best to keep you updated as we move through the process.  Holidays and busy seasons may make the wait a bit longer.  And sometimes, rarely, we leave the bunker and go on a vacation somewhere in the above-ground and have to pause production.  We'll update processing/shipping times accordingly.
